The Site provides general information about concrete construction services offered by Urban Stone Construction Inc., including site preparation, concrete line pumping, pouring, and professional finishing. All descriptions, pricing, and timelines on the Site are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding contract or guarantee.
3. Pricing & Estimates
Pricing displayed on the Site reflects general rates and is subject to change without notice. Final pricing for any project is determined through direct consultation and depends on project scope, materials, site conditions, and other factors. A formal quote or agreement will be provided before any work begins.
4. Booking & Cancellation
Appointment scheduling is available through Google Calendar. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A setup fee of $250 applies if the pump is set up on site and no pour occurs for any reason, including cancellation, incorrect concrete mix, or rescheduling without at least 4 hours' notice.
5. Limitation of Liability
Urban Stone Construction Inc. provides the Site and its content on an “as is” basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of information on the Site. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Urban Stone Construction Inc. and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

The Site may contain links to third-party services, including Google Calendar for booking and Instagram for social media. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services.
